Custom Shape Multi-hole Quartz Glass Capillary Tubes
We can custom produce precision drawn glass tubes and rods. In past years, we have successfully developed primary and secondary drawing production processes based on different glass capillaries requirements. The glass materials we can process are silica glass, quartz glass, borosilicate glass, Cerium Doped Quartz glass, Samarium doped glass, lead-free or lead containing glass, and other glass materials. We have a wide range of diameters of precision finished tubes and rods, manufactured with tight tolerances. Except the normal round tubes and rods, we can provide non-circular tubes and rods, like square, rectangular, triangle, half round, with singles hole, double holes, triple holes or more holes on cross section. Precision is well controlled according to customer’s requirement.
