The fused silica tubes are high purity, outstanding transmission in the deep UV, resistance to deep UV radiation, with OH content 40-300 ppm. It is used for lamps of ozone generation, greese destruction, disinfection for ultrapure water, destruction of airborne grease in commercial kitchens at 185nm and low pressure mercury lamp for deep UV and UV application.
There are many sizes for options, and custom production is available for specific requirement of customer.
