The quartz liner is made from high purity quartz tubes, with one end closed as flat, like a crucible or cup. The surface is transparent, material is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, it is an idea material for various laboratory applications.

Advantages of Fused Quartz Tubing:

Precautions for Using Fused Quartz Tubing:
1. Quartz glass products are valuable materials, so we must handle them with care when using them;
2. Quartz glass that requires high temperature use must be wiped clean before use. It can be soaked in 10% hydrofluoric acid or washing solution, and then cleaned with high-purity water or treated with alcohol. Wear thin gloves during operation and do not touch quartz glass directly with your hands;
3. Although quartz glass material has high thermal stability, it can withstand drastic temperature changes. However, in actual use, due to the residual strain and different product shape, there are certain differences in thermal stability, which should be taken into account during use;
4. Quartz glass is an acidic material. When used at high temperatures, it should be strictly avoided to come into contact with alkaline substances, otherwise its anti crystallization performance will be greatly reduced.
